Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your favourite items to your cart and follow the checkout prompts. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once it’s placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make a change, email us at info@ecovoresbutik.com ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
🚚 Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders — no minimum spend.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia only.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day free returns. Items must be in original condition and packaging. For more info, check our Return Policy.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email info@ecovoresbutik.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
Q: Are your clothes ethically made?
A: Yes! Sustainability and ethics are at the heart of what we do. We work with suppliers who share our values around fair labour and eco-conscious practices.
Q: Will items be restocked?
A: Some popular items are restocked, others are limited-edition. If something’s out of stock, sign up for back-in-stock notifications or email us to check.
